Finding Work that Works for You is a small group coaching program for women seeking to make changes in their lives and careers.
In a small group (2-5 participants), you receive space and structure for reflection, learning, and action planning. Over five weeks, participants explore their values and purpose, increase awareness of their strengths, and identify new options for meaningful work – all in community with other women going through a similar experience, and using tools and resources I’ve tested over years of coaching.
Finding Work that Works for You was designed for women who are ready to examine their current work choices and bring new energy to their careers. You might be sensing that a job that served you well for some time isn’t providing satisfaction or meaning like it once did. Or, you might be looking to change your work in response to shifts in the ages and stages of your children. This program is what I needed, but didn’t find, when I made my own major career shift in 2017.

Why would I join?
Have you been dreaming of a career change for a while? Maybe you are “good” even “great” at your job, but the work isn’t engaging you or meeting the needs you have now. Maybe your role as spouse or parent has shifted, and you have new energy to give to your work. Finding Work that Works for You offers a focused opportunity to reflect on who you are now and what you want from your work and your life at this point in time. You’ll explore your values and your strengths and come away with new ideas for taking action toward the change you want. Exploring your options in a small community of women with the support of an experienced coach ensures the experience is productive, focused, and fun!
