It turns out that accountability is a HUGE part of what helps us achieve our goals. A recent study by psychology professor, Dr. Gail Matthews, reveals that people who wrote their goals down and SHARED those goals and their progress toward them with a friend were 33% more likely to achieve their goals than those who committed to goals but did not share them. Lesson for the day...find an accountability partner! Connecting with a friend, a colleague or a coach can make a big difference in reaching your most important goals.
